This Refund Policy explains how SceneWeaver AI handles refunds for one-time credit purchases and subscription plans.

SceneWeaver AI provides digital products and usage-based credits. Because credits can be granted instantly and may be consumed immediately, refunds are reviewed carefully and handled in accordance with this policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.

One-Time Credit Packs

One-time credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits have been granted to your account.

We may review refund requests for one-time purchases in limited situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Confirmed billing errors
  • A technical failure on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased credits
  • Cases where a refund is required by applicable law

If credits have already been materially consumed, a refund may be denied or adjusted.

Subscription Plans

Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled.

  • You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not usually refund the current billing period
  • Access and subscription credits continue only for the current active term unless otherwise stated by law or provider rules

If there is a duplicate subscription charge, a confirmed billing error, or a service-side issue that prevented access to the paid service, we will review the case and determine the appropriate remedy.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Unused time remaining in an active subscription term
  • Unused credits that were properly delivered, except where required by law
  • Problems caused by unsupported inputs, policy violations, or misuse of the service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund review, email support@sceneweaverai.com and include:

  • The account email used for purchase
  • The order number or payment reference if available
  • A short description of the issue
  • Any supporting screenshots or timestamps that help us investigate

We aim to review billing and refund requests as promptly as possible, typically within 3 business days.

Chargebacks and Fraud

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, please contact us immediately. We may request additional information to investigate. We also reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment behavior.
