SceneWeaver AI is built for creating product images and short product videos for ecommerce and marketing use. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using our website, APIs, models, uploads, and generated outputs.

By using SceneWeaver AI, you agree to follow this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Allowed Use

You may use SceneWeaver AI for lawful commercial or personal work such as:

• Creating product images and product videos for listings, ads, social media, and brand assets
• Editing or improving product visuals that you own or are authorized to use
• Testing creative directions, backgrounds, compositions, and product presentation styles

You are responsible for the prompts, reference files, and materials you submit, and for confirming that you have the rights required to use them.

Prohibited Use

You may not use SceneWeaver AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote any of the following:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or nudity-focused content
• Content involving minors in sexualized, exploitative, or unsafe situations
• Hate, harassment, abuse, threats, or content intended to humiliate or target protected groups
• Graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, or shocking violent imagery
• Self-harm, suicide promotion, or dangerous challenge content
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, deepfake deception, forged endorsements, or misleading commercial claims
• Infringing, stolen, or unauthorized copyrighted, trademarked, or private materials
• Illegal products, illegal services, or content that violates applicable law or regulation
• Malware, phishing, spam, scraping abuse, account abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits or safeguards

AI Safety Expectations

SceneWeaver AI is intended for clean commercial visuals. You must not use the service to seek NSFW generations or to bypass safety systems. We may block prompts, reject uploads, suspend generation access, or limit accounts that appear to violate this policy.

If a model provider has stricter rules than this policy, the stricter rule applies.

Uploaded Materials and Rights

You must only upload files and submit prompts that you are allowed to use. You must not:

• Upload third-party product images, logos, packaging, or branded assets without permission
• Upload private or confidential materials that you are not authorized to process
• Misrepresent ownership, authorship, sponsorship, or endorsement

Enforcement

If we believe you have violated this policy, we may take action including:

• Removing or blocking content
• Refusing or stopping generations
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Restricting payment, credits, or future use
• Reporting unlawful conduct where required

Updates

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of SceneWeaver AI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
